The Role • Engage customers with expert advice on fresh meat, sausage, cheese, and delicatessen items. • Create appealing displays and present products with a keen eye for quality and freshness. • Skillfully prepare and portion a variety of fresh goods. • Independently craft specialty items using unique, in-house recipes. • Maintain impeccable hygiene standards and ensure excellent product presentation. What You'll Need • Ideally, a completed vocational training as a butcher, meat processor, or food retail sales assistant with a focus on butchery. • A genuine passion for customer interaction and the retail sector. • A reliable, responsible, and team-oriented work ethic with a strong customer focus. • Flexibility to work a rotating shift system, primarily mornings, from Monday to Saturday.
