The Role • Respond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and optimal system performance. • Diagnose and resolve application issues, working both independently and collaboratively. • Execute preventative maintenance tasks to maximize availability and identify system faults. • Perform routine configuration changes, including user permissions and application settings. • Document all system modifications using a digital change control tracking system. • Conduct end-to-end testing of upgrades and major modifications prior to deployment. What You'll Need • High School diploma or equivalent. • Experience installing and troubleshooting low-voltage equipment. • Strong working knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion systems, and fire alarms. • Working knowledge of network communications and IP addressing. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent problem-solving abilities. • A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
