Job Title: Tooling Engineer - Harness Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: Contract

Role Descriptions:
10+ years in software, solution or platform engineering with senior architecture leadership on distributed, high-availability systems.
Experience in payments, fintech or other regulated transaction-processing domains.
Proven ownership of an enterprise CI/CD platform (Harness, GitLab, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions with Argo/Spinnaker, or large-scale Jenkins).
Experience integrating security scanning into delivery pipelines and setting policy gates accepted by engineering teams.
Working command of engineering delivery metrics (e.g., DORA) and their limitations.
Depth in REST, asynchronous messaging and event-driven architecture.
Cloud-native architecture and production Kubernetes experience.
Ability to influence technical direction across teams and communicate trade-offs to executives.
