Voice and Video Engineer

GovCIO LLC seeks a Voice and Video Engineer to design, implement, and support unified communications solutions for federal customers. You will configure and optimize VoIP, video conferencing, and collaboration platforms, integrate with cloud and on prem infrastructure, and ensure high availability, security, and QoS. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex issues, monitoring performance, creating documentation, and supporting upgrades. You will partner with cybersecurity, network, and DevOps teams to modernize legacy systems and enable secure, reliable communication for mission-critical government programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain enterprise voice and video/unified communications solutions for federal clients.
• Implement and manage Vo
• IP, video conferencing, and collaboration platforms, ensuring reliability and quality of service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex voice, video, and network-related incidents and performance issues.
• Integrate UC solutions with existing network, cloud, and security architectures.
• Monitor system health, capacity, and call quality, and implement improvements and optimizations.
• Plan and execute upgrades, migrations, and modernization of legacy communication systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
