Sr. Gen AI Engineer/ Architect

Requirements

Minimum qualification:

Required Education & Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Must Have overall 10+ years of IT Experience, Should be Local to Irving, TX, Mandatory Face to Face Interview
• 5+ years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, data science, data engineering, or related technical roles.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with experience using common AI/ML frameworks and libraries.
• Experience building ML models, data pipelines, LLM applications, RAG systems, vector search solutions, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as Azure AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, Databricks, Hugging Face, or similar technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, experimentation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, model evaluation, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience with AI solution architecture, cloud deployment, scalability, and system integration.
• Experience with agentic AI systems, workflow orchestration, fine-tuning, or enterprise analytics solutions.
• Relevant AI, cloud, or data engineering certifications are a plus.
