Required Professional and Technical Expertise:

• 5+ years working in a mainframe operations environment providing an operational, service, consultancy or support role
• Demonstrated strong written and communications skills
• The ability to use TSO and ISPF
• JCL skills
• Ability to write REXX and Assembler programs
• DFSMSrmm
• Your experience should include implementing and using at least one of the following products: with a desire to expand your skills to cover others:
• DFSMSrmm, CA 1

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:

• Knowledge of other z software, including the system operation and configuration, SMP/E
• Knowledge of the products that compete against the IBM products listed previously
• Knowledge with Storage Administration on IBM Z
