About the Role
Join an early-stage team building AI-powered contract intelligence software for enterprise legal workflows. As a senior, hands-on engineer, you will help shape the product and its technical direction, building customer-facing agentic systems from end to end.
What You'll Do

Collaborate with engineering, product, and design partners to deliver product capabilities.
Drive technical strategy, roadmaps, engineering practices, and measures of team success.
Take ownership of technical projects and contribute to product decisions in a fast-changing environment.
What We're Looking For
At least 8 years of software engineering experience, including 6 or more years building AI products professionally.
Experience at an early-stage SaaS startup and a track record of owning software development end to end in a small team.
Have shipped customer-facing, multi-step agentic products to production, using tool-calling and orchestration frameworks.
Strong proficiency in Python, SQL or Postgres, and JavaScript, React, or a modern front-end framework, with experience across multiple programming languages.
Experience with databases, CI/CD, Git, containers, Kubernetes, and at least one major cloud platform.
A computer science degree and experience across multiple AI domains; LLM evaluation, monitoring, or model training experience is also relevant.
Comfort working through ambiguous, challenging problems and using AI coding tools in day-to-day development.
