The Role

• Proactively engage with existing customers and prospects to identify financial needs and opportunities.
• Provide tailored advice and guidance on financial solutions, including everyday banking, investments, lending, and small business needs.
• Support customer transactions and resolve inquiries to ensure a seamless banking experience.
• Build new relationships within the community to expand the bank's presence and client base.
• Collaborate with branch and market teams to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Proactively offer advice on digital and self-serve options to simplify banking for clients.

What You'll Need

• 2-3 years of relevant experience, with a degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions, as well as retail investments and lending products.
• Experience in a consultative customer service or sales role, with a strong drive to deliver a personalized customer experience.
• Confidence and experience using various digital tools and applications, including social media, tablets, and smartphones.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for listening, problem-solving, and creative response to challenges.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
