The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members experiencing vehicle issues.
• Tackle challenges head-on, making a real impact on the roadside with technical expertise and customer service.
• Handle a variety of tasks from flat batteries and tyre changes to complex fault-finding.
• Start and finish your day from home, responding to demand-led shifts.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A strong customer-focused approach and excellent interpersonal skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and confident in your technical skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making on the go.
