Job Title: ServiceNow Architect – AI/GenAI
Location: United States – Remote

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong hands-on experience in AI/Generative AI to lead enterprise ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills:

• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow Architecture experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on AI/Generative AI implementation experience.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and Virtual Agent.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Architecture, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or HRSD.
• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

• ServiceNow CSA, CIS, or CTA certification.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with AI/LLM platforms.
• Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
