Job Description

• Develop and implement strategic plans for business applications to align with organisational goals.
• Oversee the management and optimisation of core technology systems.
• Lead cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications across departments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address business requirements.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and system integrity across all platforms.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to achieve the best outcomes.
• Monitor and report on the performance of business applications, implementing improvements as required.

The Successful Applicant

• A strong background in technology, particularly within the property industry would be highly desirable.
• Proven experience in managing and optimising business applications.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross functional teams effectively.
• Strong problem solving skills and a strategic mindset.
• Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Knowledge of data security and compliance standards.
• Exceptional communication and global stakeholder management skills.
• Experience of ERP applications in particular Oracle JD Edwards
