Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced DataProduct Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprisedata products on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The role will focus on maximizingbusiness value from data assets by partnering with stakeholders across Network,Technology, Digital, and Business teams while working closely with DataEngineering, Analytics, Governance, and Architecture teams.

The ideal candidate combines strong productmanagement capabilities, data and analytics expertise, stakeholder management,and a deep understanding of modern cloud data ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Defineand own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for data andanalytics products.
  
• Gather,analyze, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders acrossmultiple domains.
  
• Translatebusiness needs into product requirements, epics, features, and userstories for engineering teams.
  
• Drivedevelopment and adoption of data products, dashboards, APIs, self-serviceanalytics, and data platforms.
  
• Collaboratewith Data Engineers, Solution Designers, Architects, Analysts, and DataScientists to deliver scalable solutions.
  
• Establishand track product KPIs, customer adoption metrics, business valuerealization, and product performance.
  
• Manageand prioritize product backlogs, release planning, and delivery milestonesin Agile environments.
  
• Ensurealignment with enterprise data governance, security, privacy, andcompliance requirements.
  
• Promotedata quality, metadata management, lineage, and stewardship acrossproducts.
  
• Leadstakeholder workshops, product discovery sessions, and roadmap reviews.
  
• Identifyopportunities for automation, operational efficiency, and enhancedcustomer experiences through data.
  
• Drivechange management, communication, and user adoption initiatives fordelivered solutions.
  
• Managedependencies across teams and proactively address delivery risks.
  

Requirements

Must Have Skills & Experience

• 8+years of experience in Product Management,Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related domains.
  
• Provenexperience managing and delivering enterprise-scale data products and analytics solutions.
  
• Strongunderstanding of modern data platforms, data lakes, data warehouses, andcloud-native data architectures.
  
• Experienceworking with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as:
  
• BigQuery
  
• CloudStorage
  
• Pub/Sub
  
• CloudComposer
  
• Dataflow
  
• Strongunderstanding of data engineering concepts, ETL/ELT pipelines, dataintegration, and analytics ecosystems.
  
• Experiencedefining product roadmaps, business cases, prioritization frameworks, andsuccess metrics.
  
• Hands-onexperience working within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.
  
• Strongstakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  
• Experiencewith data governance, security, compliance, and data quality frameworks.
  
• Abilityto translate complex business requirements into actionable technicalproduct requirements.
  
• Stronganalytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
