The Role

• Review, revise, and edit regulatory documents, manuals, and technical orders to ensure clarity and adherence to style guidelines.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to gather information and produce original written content.
• Organize and format material for optimal readability, flow, and grammatical correctness.
• Prepare, edit, and revise a variety of documentation, including reports, correspondence, and briefings.
• Maintain an accurate listing of technical documents and their revision schedules.
• Contribute to the development of graphic concepts for effective communication.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and 10 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Investigation (US Citizenship required).
• Proven experience in editing and writing technical documentation across various formats and styles.
• Strong attention to detail and expertise in editorial techniques.
• Experience with records management processes and developing filing systems is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Federally-mandated "plain language" and InDesign is a plus.
