Salesforce Technical Business Analyst

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical or enterprise environment
• 3+ years of hands on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and standard features
• Experience writing user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and technical documentation
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
