The Role • Co-therapeutically support patients through guided conversations. • Plan and lead therapeutic groups to foster participant interaction and development. • Assist patients during meals and exposure therapy exercises to aid stabilization. • Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing clinical insights. • Provide holistic and empathetic patient care throughout the treatment process. • Work within a scheduled shift system to ensure continuous patient support.
