We are seeking a dedicated Educator to join a leading psychosomatic and internationally recognized hospital group known for its academic partnerships and high patient care standards. The Role

• Co-therapeutically support patients through guided conversations.
• Plan and lead therapeutic groups to foster participant interaction and development.
• Assist patients during meals and exposure therapy exercises to aid stabilization.
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing clinical insights.
• Provide holistic and empathetic patient care throughout the treatment process.
• Work within a scheduled shift system to ensure continuous patient support.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as an Educator (m/w/d).
• Experience in psychosomatics, psychiatry, or residential group care is preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork skills, and a passion for the role.
• Respectful, professional, and empathetic approach towards patients and their families.
• Curiosity for new topics and a desire for professional development.
