Enterprise Architect

I'm currently working on an exciting opportunity for a senior Enterprise Architect to join a large, complex organisation and play a key role in shaping its future technology landscape. This is a genuine enterprise-level architecture position - you'll be working across business and technology, helping translate strategic objectives into practical technology roadmaps and target-state architectures.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and evolve the Enterprise Architecture function, frameworks and standards
• Define target-state architectures, reference architectures, blueprints and technology roadmaps
• Work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders to translate strategy into architecture
• Provide architectural direction and oversight across major enterprise initiatives
• Guide Solution Architects and ensure solutions align with the broader enterprise direction
• Identify gaps, risks and opportunities across the technology environment
• Influence technology selection, architectural standards and governance
• Bring a pragmatic, modern approach to Enterprise Architecture and technology transformation

What we're looking for

• 5+ years' experience as an Enterprise Architect
• Experience within a large, complex organisation
• Strong background in Solution Architecture and enterprise-scale technology delivery
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives and non-technical stakeholders
• Practical experience with Enterprise Architecture frameworks and methodologies
• Strong understanding of architecture governance, roadmaps, standards and target-state design
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication and stakeholder management skills
