Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager IV
Job Location: Mountain View CA 94043
Job Duration: 6 Months Contract (Possibility of Extension)
Candidates ideally in Mountain View. Onsite 3 days a week.
Remote but based in California also considered.
Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end program delivery across a defined portfolio (e.g., Payments, Bill Pay, Lending, Workforce Solutions), coordinating engineering, product, and design partners
  • Drive planning cadences and attain commitments with confidence, risks, and trajectory against committed goals
  • Identify and mitigate cross-team dependencies before they become blockers
  • Build and maintain program health reporting (RAID logs, dashboards, status updates) for leadership visibility
  • Facilitate technical and cross-functional discussions to unblock decisions and drive alignment

Skills:
  • Ability to work independently with abiguity and come up to speed quickly
  • Strong technical fluency mdash able to engage engineering on architecture and tradeoffs without being the implementer
  • Rigorous execution: structured planning risk management and follow-through under ambiguity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication comfortable presenting to senior leadership Track record of scaling process or re-usable frameworks
  • Experience with tools like Jira Dragonboat Slack and Betterworks or equivalent PPM/collaboration stacks
  • Fintech knowledge is a plus

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related technical field or equivalent practical experience 6 years in technical program/project management
