Roofer

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking experienced roofers to join our maintenance team. As a roofer, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and installing roofs on residential properties to ensure their structural integrity and protect them from weather damage. This position requires working closely with other maintenance professionals to deliver high-quality roofing services and maintain the safety and satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Inspect roofs for damage, leaks, or wear
• Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new installation
• Install a variety of roofing materials including shingles, tiles, and metal sheets
• Repair and maintain existing roofs to extend longevity
• Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
• Communicate effectively with team members and property owners

Requirements

• 3+ years of roofing experience
• Knowledge of various roofing materials and techniques
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Must currently reside in the U.S.
