The Role

• Provide in-person, remote, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1-KS5, referred by local authorities and schools.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Develop creative lesson plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Report on pupil progress and provide regular feedback.
• Contribute to a mission of reimagining educational support for vulnerable youth.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD.
• Familiarity teaching core subjects: English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Enhanced DBS check (assistance provided if needed).
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• Based in the UK with the right to work.
