Job Description

Mental Health Counselor Supervisor

Location: Idaho
Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Job Summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking Idaho clinical supervisors who are ready to guide mental health professionals through licensure, case consultation, and professional growth. This role is a good fit for licensed providers who enjoy helping clinicians strengthen their skills and make confident clinical decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision for counselors and therapists
  • Review clinical cases, treatment plans, documentation, and ethics
  • Help supervisees strengthen their clinical judgment
  • Follow Idaho supervision and licensing requirements
  • Maintain organized supervision notes and communication
  • Active Idaho clinical license in good standing
  • Eligible license types may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Must be eligible to provide supervision under Idaho board rules
  • Supervisory experience preferred
