The Role
• Conduct engaging in-home sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Utilize innovative software for precise property measurements and assessments.
• Inspect potential project sites, including ladder or attic inspections, to identify homeowner needs.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring client satisfaction with bespoke solutions.
• Manage a pipeline of pre-qualified, one-call-close appointments.
• Travel to and from client appointments, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
What You'll Need
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Availability for appointments during midday, evening, and weekend hours.
• The ability to conduct in-home assessments, including non-roof inspections.
• A proactive attitude and a desire to learn and grow within a sales environment.
• No prior sales or construction experience is required; comprehensive training is provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with homeowners.
