Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and personable Front Office Representative to welcome customers and visitors, respond to inquiries, and support daily front office activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people while maintaining an organized, welcoming, and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for front office inquiries.
- Provide information about products, services, and company activities.
- Assist customers with routine questions and requests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office area.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and routine office activities.
- Receive and organize incoming mail, deliveries, and documents.
- Maintain accurate visitor, customer, and administrative records.
- Communicate customer questions and feedback to appropriate team members.
- Support team members with general administrative and customer service tasks.
- Assist with organizing office materials and supplies.
- Help ensure customers and visitors receive a positive experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
