Job Title: Quality Systems Specialist

Location: Santa Monica CA

Type: Contract

• Compiling data in support of Quarterly Executive Management Review
• Developing PowerPoint presentation with input from global business owners
• Collaborating to complete deliverables with global Quality Teams
• Reviewing Quality System reports in Veeva QMS and associated dashboards to support data presentation to executives
• Provide general support of QMS processes as needed (Deviation, CAPA, Document Control, Change Control)

• 5+ Years experience in Quality Systems and Management Review
• Strong Presentation Skills
• Powerpoint and Veeva QMS experience required
• Ability to Manage outputs from cross functional contributors
• Document Control experience a plus
