Responsibilities
Build rapport with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget
Guide customers through the full vehicle selection and purchasing process from start to finish
Conduct informative and engaging vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge across our vehicle inventory
Prepare and present accurate pricing quotes and financing options
Collaborate with finance, management, and service departments to ensure a seamless buying experience
Follow up with prospective and past customers to maintain relationships and generate referrals
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with leads through our CRM system
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
Qualifications
Previous automotive sales experience preferred; not required — we will train the right candidate
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, friendly personality with a genuine passion for helping customers
Ability to ask for the sale and confidently follow through
Personal ambition and a strong drive to succeed in a commission-based environment
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
Availability to work weekends as needed
Compensation: This is a 3-month base training salary + commission position with more than average compensation
