Commercial Plumbing Installer

A leading provider of commercial mechanical and plumbing services is seeking a Commercial Plumbing Installer to join its team in Bethlehem, PA. Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation of commercial plumbing systems for new construction projects, ensuring all work meets industry standards and project specifications.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve plumbing system issues across a variety of commercial environments.
• Install, maintain, and repair piping systems, fixtures, and related plumbing equipment.
• Communicate effectively with customers, facility managers, and internal teams to provide accurate assessments and recommendations.
• Identify potential issues proactively and complete preventative work to avoid larger system failures.
• Work independently while collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation, service records, and job reports in a timely manner.
• Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced technicians when applicable.
• Utilize company-provided technology to manage work orders and communicate updates.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial plumbing installation, preferably within new construction environments.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or technical training is a plus.
• Experience operating commercial plumbing equipment such as jetters is preferred.
• Backflow certification is highly preferred.
• Journeyman or Master Plumbing License is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean and insurable driving record.
• Strong commitment to quality workmanship and completing jobs correctly the first time.
• Ability to work with tablets or mobile devices and communicate professionally via email.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
