We are looking for someone with good technical background and who excels in fast turnaround

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of requirements and demonstrate expertise in using search to identify the right candidate.
• Should have technical background in reading and understand requirement
• Excellent in doing follow up and follow through, with customers and candidates
• Skilled in keeping candidate warm and in the loop throughout the on-boarding process
• Excellent team player , willing to ask for help and give help
• Result oriented , ability to come up with monthly game-plan and meet targets and deadlines
• Experience working in agile environment and open to feedback for improvement

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission based on performance on top of Salary
