Job Description

McArthurGlen Group, Europe’s leading owner, developer and manager of designer outlets, was founded in Europe in 1993 and currently manages 20+ designer outlets in 8 countries.

We’re looking for a Facilities Assistant to join our team at our West Midlands designer outlet, and help keep our centre running safely and smoothly. Working closely with the Facilities Manager and wider centre management team, you’ll support the day-to-day delivery of facilities services and help maintain a welcoming, well-managed environment for our customers, brand partners and colleagues.

Please note that this is a fixed term contract of 6 months.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be a key point of contact for day-to-day facilities matters, helping to resolve issues, monitor faults and make sure outstanding items are followed through. You’ll coordinate contractors and site access, support store openings, closures and fit-outs, and help maintain accurate facilities and compliance records.

You’ll also support health & safety and environmental reporting, raise purchase orders, track spend and assist with invoice queries. Along the way, you’ll build strong relationships with colleagues, brand partners and contractors to help maintain high standards across the centre.
