Job Description

Our mission is to brighten the lives of seniors giving them a sense of purpose, wellbeing & worth. This role will play a vital part ensuring that our clients receive the best in class quality care and support the growth of our business.

Got a caring nature and a few spare hours? Use them to brighten someone’s day.

At Home Instead Exeter, we’re looking for part-time team members with a car and a kind heart to support older people living independently in their own homes.

This is meaningful, relationship-based work with a focus on quality — not rushed tasks. We match you with regular clients so you can build trust and truly make a difference.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Visiting local clients to offer company and support

  • Helping with tasks like cooking, light cleaning, shopping, and personal care

  • Providing comfort, encouragement, and reassurance

  • All within the Exeter area

Why Work With Us?

  • Flexible hours to suit your lifestyle

  • Hourly pay of £13.05–£13.55 including paid holiday

  • Full training provided – no prior experience needed

  • Ongoing development and a supportive team

  • You’ll work locally – no long travel times

A car and driving licence are essential, as you’ll be supporting people across the Exeter community.

If you’re looking for a role that fits around your life and feels good to do — this is it.

If you have a passion for caring and the motivation to help us achieve our ambitions, we would love to hear from you.

We encourage applications from all sections of the community as we want to reflect the neighbourhoods in which we work. Home Instead is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of adults and expects all staff to share this commitment. This role is subject to DBS enhanced disclosure.
