Job Title: Senior AI Engineer - Subject Matter Expert III
Location: Tysons Corner, VA (Remote/Hybrid)

Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer – Subject Matter Expert III to design and implement AI/ML solutions that enhance enterprise healthcare applications and operational workflows.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in machine learning, Generative AI, cloud-native AI platforms, and enterprise system integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop AI/ML and Generative AI solutions
  • Build scalable AI services and APIs in cloud environments
  • Collaborate with engineering and business teams to identify AI opportunities
  • Develop and optimize machine learning models and pipelines
  • Ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable, and production-ready
  • Support model evaluation, monitoring, and performance tuning
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on AI best practices
Required Skills & Experience
  • 8+ years of software engineering experience
  • 3+ years of AI/ML engineering experience
  • Strong programming skills in Python or Java
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and AI platforms
  • Experience with AWS cloud services and AI/ML tooling
  • Knowledge of API development and cloud-native architectures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Generative AI and LLM-based solutions
  • Familiarity with MLOps and model deployment pipelines
  • Experience in healthcare or regulated environments or CMS Environments
