The Role

• Coordinate daily operations at the ward desk to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Serve as a central point of contact for patients, relatives, and staff.

• Meticulously prepare and follow up on patient documentation.
• Relieve nursing staff by undertaking organizational tasks.
• Contribute to the delivery of optimal patient care.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Medical Assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in clinical workflows is advantageous.
• Self-motivated and conscientious with strong patient orientation and service awareness.
• Excellent communication and empathy skills when interacting with patients, relatives, and colleagues.
