We are seeking a highly motivated physician to join a leading psychosomatic clinic, renowned as one of the largest in Germany. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing exceptional care for adolescents.

The Role

• Take on initial physician leadership responsibilities for our psychosomatic youth ward with the potential for full medical directorship.
• Accompany and guide clinical processes and the entire psychotherapeutic treatment of adolescents.
• Provide medical representation for the Chief Physician in a senior consultant capacity and contribute to ward development.
• Offer supervision to child and adolescent psychotherapists in training.
• Conduct patient admissions, family consultations, and interdisciplinary reviews to ensure high-quality care.

What You'll Need

• Completed specialist training or be in the 4th year of residency in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy with advanced therapeutic training.
• A passion for interdisciplinary collaboration within a multidisciplinary team of physicians, psychologists, nurses, educators, and therapists.
• Enthusiasm for leading and developing clinical services.
• Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills in child and adolescent psychosomatics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
