Experience: Proven hands-on Non-Destructive Evaluation experience. Strong candidates must possess practical experience that demonstrates deep technical capability, typically acquired through five or more years of hands-on work in the field.
Technical Skills: Candidates must possess ASNT Level III qualifications and demonstrate expertise in multiple NDE inspection methods. Practical experience with at least two of the following methods is required: Eddy Current Testing (ET), Penetrant Testing (PT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), or Radiographic Testing (RT). Proficiency with computer-aided design tools and systems is also required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on NDE/NDT engineering experience in a highly regulated industry such as aerospace, defense, or energy.
  • Active ASNT Level III certifications across more than two NDE inspection methods, complementing a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team structure.
  • Strong understanding of materials behavior, stress analysis, and fracture mechanics.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
