Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our organization's Salesforce platform. The Salesforce Administrator will be the primary technical point of contact and platform guardian for the Contact Center transformation. You will be responsible for the health, security, and ongoing optimization of a global environment supporting 6,700 agents across 14 countries Required Skills - Salesforce Administrator, Service Cloud, Strong expertise with core Salesforce functionality (Flows, Lightning configuration, automation, dashboards, reporting).

Job Duties -

Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator for the organization, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and user satisfaction

Manage all aspects of user and license management, including creating/deactivating user accounts, assigning roles, profiles, and permission sets, and serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day user support and troubleshooting.

Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce features, including objects, fields, flows, validation rules, page layouts, record types, dashboards, and reports.

Perform regular data audits, deduplication, and cleansing activities using tools like Data Loader to ensure data quality and integrity across the system.

Monitor system performance, install and test updates from Salesforce releases in a sandbox environment, and document processes, policies, and application changes

Experience working with development teams/developers working in offshore

Work closely with other developers in the team, business analyst, QA analyst and project managers
