Location: Denver, CO (3 days onsite – hybrid)

WMS Note: Specific WMS software experience is not required. Experience with any WMS, including custom-built or home-grown systems, is relevant.

Position Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations & WMS Implementation Manager to lead warehouse operations, process optimization, and WMS transformation initiatives across distribution and fulfillment environments.
• The ideal candidate will have strong experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, process improvement, WMS implementations, and systems integration. Experience with a specific WMS product is not required. Experience with custom or home-grown WMS platforms is equally relevant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Drive improvements in productivity, inventory accuracy, throughput, service levels, and operating costs.
• Analyze and redesign warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce cycle times.
• Lead WMS implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
• Gather business requirements and translate operational needs into system solutions.
• Support integrations between WMS, ERP, TMS, MES, and third-party applications.
• Work with warehouse automation technologies including conveyors, sortation, ASRS, robotics, and RF devices.
• Develop warehouse KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Lead cross-functional teams and change management during process and technology transformations.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in warehouse operations, distribution, fulfillment, or logistics.
• Hands-on experience with WMS implementation, optimization, or transformation.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse processes.
• Experience gathering requirements and working with business and technology teams.
• Understanding of WMS integrations and warehouse automation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
