Google ADK Agent Development Lead

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale AI agent platforms using Google ADK.
Define technical roadmaps and framework strategies across ADK, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and related ecosystems.
Design and operationalize scalable multi-agent systems leveraging MCP (Model Context Protocol) and A2A (Agent-to-Agent) communication.
Build agent lifecycle capabilities including testing, debugging, deployment, monitoring, observability, and governance.
Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, engineering best practices, and mentorship.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Google ADK, Vertex AI, LangChain, and agent orchestration frameworks.
Hands-on experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar multi-agent frameworks.
Advanced proficiency in Python, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and Google Cloud Platform services.
Experience deploying solutions on Cloud Run, Agent Runtime, and Google Cloud Platform-native services.
Expertise in agent evaluation, observability, state persistence, and human-in-the-loop controls.
Experience delivering production-grade enterprise AI and agentic solutions.
