The Role • Conduct inspections of commercial properties, both interior and exterior, to identify pest issues. • Develop and present strategic recommendations for pest prevention, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance to new and existing customers. • Serve as an empathetic problem solver, utilizing in-depth training to provide innovative solutions. • Achieve sales goals through proactive prospecting and the effective use of marketing tools. • Build trusted relationships with clients by confidently and carefully explaining practical solutions. • Utilize provided technology, such as an iPad, for sales agreements and organization. What You'll Need • High School Diploma or equivalent required. • Valid driver’s license required. • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification (company paid). • Willingness to work in various weather conditions and access confined spaces. • Comfort with physical demands including climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and wearing PPE. • A service-oriented mindset and a commitment to professionalism and integrity.
