• Job Type: Contract

• Compensation: This job is expected to be paid about $60-65/hr

What You'll Do:

• Troubleshoot application issues and provide effective solutions
• Create data extracts, reports, and analyses for business needs.
• Track production issues and help maintain application reliability
• Support system upgrades while assisting and mentoring junior team members

What Gets You the Job:

• 8+ years of application or production support experience
• Strong SQL, UNIX, and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with complex, multi-module applications and root-cause analysis
• ITIL knowledge and experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Remedy
• Willingness to provide 24/7 on-call support, including nights and weekends, on a rotating basis
