Our client, a leading organization in the food industry, is seeking a Food Scientist to join their team. As a Food Scientist, you will be part of the Product Development Department supporting flavor and application teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $33.65

Shift: 1st

What's the Job?

• Build, maintain, and improve a standard Taste portfolio that is technically accurate and application-relevant.
• Engage in hands-on product immersion, routine tasting, and application exposure to develop practical product knowledge.
• Partner closely with flavorists, seasoning developers, and application teams to ensure product performance across various applications.
• Capture and document product knowledge, including application fit, sensory profile, and usage guidance for easy reference.
• Lead collection readiness activities, including data validation, product evaluation, and portfolio updates to ensure readiness and accuracy.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 0 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong tasting and sensory evaluation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
