SROA is headquartered in West Palm Beach, FL and has invested, redeveloped, and developed self storage across the risk spectrum in major and secondary markets across the United States under the brand Storage Rentals of America and the UK under the brand Kangaroo Self Storage with approximately 900 employees globally. The Regional Sales Director is responsible for managing and growing relationships with financial advisors across key markets in the Eastern U.In addition, the Regional Sales Director will help increase awareness of the SROA Capital brand.

Develop and execute a territory sales strategy. Manage relationships with financial advisors and other licensed professionals. Advance the sales process by coordinating meetings, presentations, conference calls, and client seminars. Respond to ad hoc requests for information and perform investment analysis as needed. Maintain accurate advisor records and daily sales activity within the company's CRM system. Other duties and projects that support the department’s goals
Ability to maintain an extensive travel schedule within the U.Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CFA, CFP, or CIMA preferred.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in the financial services industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. Experience with DealCloud CRM is a plus.
