Work Model: Onsite 4 days per week
Rate: $60/hr W-2 or $65/hr C2C

Role Summary:
Seeking a senior, hands-on Mainframe Developer who can independently handle development, production support, troubleshooting, modernization work, and technical leadership. The candidate should be strong enough to help set up processes and drive the development team.

Core Responsibilities:

• Requirements analysis and impact assessment for enhancements, defects, modernization, and regulatory changes
• Design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of mainframe applications
• Coding and unit testing for batch programs, online transactions, and interfaces
• Production incident troubleshooting and defect resolution
• Support system testing, integration testing, and UAT
• Provide data corrections, defect fixes, and validation support
• Participate in code reviews, design reviews, release planning, and operational readiness
• Follow approved coding, security, and architecture standards

Mandatory Skills:
Mainframe Enterprise COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, Mainframe, AI/GenAI
