The Role

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service via phone and email.
• Manage an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts to ensure timely payments.
• Investigate overdue payments by collaborating with customers to understand and resolve issues.

• Work collaboratively with a team to minimize account aging and bad debt.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Prior call center or bookkeeping experience is a plus.
