The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their location.
• Perform a variety of services including checks, diagnostics, and repairs on light vehicles.
• Manage inventory, complete reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication.
• Represent the company with pride, offering advice and first-class service.
• Work independently, making informed decisions to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Adapt to a dynamic work environment with daily variations in tasks and customer interactions.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• Experience working with a diverse range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Strong interpersonal skills for customer interaction and representation.
• Ability to work autonomously and think critically in varied situations.

• Competitive base salary of £40,170, with on-target earnings up to £52,000.
