Product Marketing Manager - Commercial (Remote)

Director of Product
The Product Manager will own the roadmap and execution for a specific product area within our health tech platform. This role is responsible for translating customer needs and business priorities into clear product requirements, collaborating closely with engineering, design, clinical, and program management to deliver impactful solutions. The Product Manager is the primary point of contact for their product area, accountable for adoption and customer satisfaction, while receiving guidance from senior product leaders to align with broader strategy.

Gather and analyze customer insights, market trends, and data to inform priorities. Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
~ Conduct discovery interviews and validate problems/solutions with customers. Partner with sales and customer success to understand customer needs and adoption challenges. Incorporate customer feedback into product planning and execution. Facilitate alignment in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery discussions.

People Leadership & Org Building
Be accountable for feature adoption, usability, and customer satisfaction within your product area. Monitor key product metrics, report outcomes, and use data to drive continuous improvement. Ensure product decisions are tied to measurable customer and business value.

Experience in health tech, SaaS, or enterprise software preferred.
