Music Sales Advisor

Music & Arts is seeking passionate Music Sales Advisors to connect students, parents, and educators with the right instruments, accessories, and services. In this retail role, you’ll greet customers, assess musical needs, recommend band and orchestra instruments, manage rentals, and promote lessons and repairs. You’ll maintain product displays, handle transactions, and support school service programs. Working in a collaborative, student-focused environment, you’ll help grow music education in your community while developing sales, product, and customer service skills with a mission-driven national leader.
