Senior Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst - London/Hybrid - Permanent - £70,000 - £80,000 base + bonus + benefits

My client, a leading global financial services organisation is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to support high-profile business transformation and post-acquisition integration initiatives.

This is a business-facing role with a strong focus on M&A integration, operating model design and end-to-end organisational change. We're looking for someone who understands how businesses operate and can help shape, document and deliver meaningful organisational change.

What you'll be doing

1. Supporting business transformation & integration programmes
2. Defining Target Operating Models (TOMs) and future-state processes
3. Mapping current and future state business processes
4. Gathering and documenting business requirements and gap analyses
5. Facilitating workshops with business and technology stakeholders

What we're looking for

1. Experience as a Business Analyst within Financial Services
2. A strong background in business transformation and organisational change
3. Experience developing Target Operating Models (TOMs)
4. Exposure in M&A, more specifically post-merger/post-acquisition integration projects - benefical but not a must have
