Your role will be crucial in supporting youth patients within a leading psychosomatic and internationally recognized hospital group in Germany. The Role

• Co-therapeutic patient conversations to support and deepen the therapeutic process.
• Planning and leading co-therapeutic groups to foster exchange and development.
• Assisting patients during meals and challenging situations to promote stability.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing observations to the therapeutic process.
• Providing holistic and empathetic individual patient care.
• Working in a structured shift system to ensure continuous patient support.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as an Educator (m/f/d).
• ideally, experience in psychosomatics, psychiatry, or residential group care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for the work.
• Respectful, professional, and empathetic approach towards patients and their families.
• Curiosity for new topics and a commitment to professional development.
