Job Description

Senior Staff Lead Radar Integration & Test Engineer | Clay, NY, United States | Remote | $115,700-$150,500 We're hiring on behalf of a leading defense and security company known for its enduring mission to help nations keep their people and society safe. The Role • Lead the planning and execution of integration and test programs for radar systems, focusing on verification and validation. • Develop and execute complex software and hardware test plans and procedures for system-level testing. • Drive complex integration activities and the development of necessary test environments and tools. • Provide technical leadership and guidance to less experienced engineers. • Collaborate with subject matter experts to define test criteria based on customer requirements. • Lead technical reviews and status meetings, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics (Master's is a plus). • 15+ years of experience in a technical role, with a strong emphasis on Test Engineering. • Proven background in Radar system integration and test activities, including hands-on experience with Radar Systems. • Experience leading Developmental Test and Evaluation, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT). • Proficiency in C++, Linux, digital hardware, and MATLAB for tool development or systems analysis. • Demonstrated leadership skills with cross-functional team experience and strong presentation abilities.
