Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Developer with 10+ years of professional software development experience and strong expertise in .NET/C#, Node.js, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have experience building secure, scalable, high-performance applications in enterprise environments. Experience with POS, retail, e-commerce, payment, or transaction-processing systems is highly preferred.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET/C# and Node.js.
• 5+ years of experience designing and developing containerized services using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong experience with .NET Core/.NET and Node.js backend development.
• 5+ years of experience developing Node.js applications and backend services using Express.js or similar frameworks.
• 8+ years of experience developing unit and integration tests using NUnit, Jest, Mocha, or similar frameworks.
• 5+ years of experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices, including GitHub, Jenkins, and automated build/deployment pipelines.
• 5+ years of experience developing secure, scalable, and high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of API security, OAuth 2.0, JWT, authentication/authorization, encryption, and secure coding practices.
• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting microservices, distributed systems, production issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Strong database development experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar relational/NoSQL databases.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Point of Sale (POS), retail, e-commerce, payment, transaction processing, or store technology systems.
• Experience integrating POS applications with payment, inventory, pricing, promotions, order management, and other retail platforms.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, performance optimization, and enterprise application architecture.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
