Before deployment, operators complete structured online training and hands-on vehicle certification, ensuring they are fully prepared for this safety-critical environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee autonomous vehicle performance in real time, ensuring safe operation in dynamic conditions
- Stay ready to take control instantly when safety requires human intervention
- Identify, document, and report unexpected system behaviors with clarity and accuracy
- Deliver a professional, reassuring experience for riders while representing the company
- Contribute feedback that improves vehicle performance, comfort, and overall rider experience
- Conduct routine safety checks and maintain vehicle cleanliness
- Operate within established safety protocols while adapting to real-world scenarios

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license 3+ years of driving experience with a clean driving record
- Comfortable with driving Autonomous Vehicles
- Methodical and process-oriented Organized and able to document daily summaries
- Able to maintain composure under pressure
- A technical background working with electronics, mechanical components, or computers a plus
Full-time schedules will be 30+ hours a week, Part-time will have a minimum of 2-3 shifts per week. Shifts are TBD, FT will likely be between 6-8 hours, and PT will be 5-7 per shift.
Shifts: Morning: 5:30 am - 12:30 pm / Mid: 8 am - 2 pm / Afternoon: 12 pm - 6 pm
*Must be willing to work Saturday*
Pay Rate = $26 per hour
