Technical Managing Consultant

Role Summary
This position is designed for experienced technical leaders capable of guiding complex client projects from initiation to completion. The role involves hands-on involvement in full-stack development, cloud solutions, and data-centric initiatives, with an emphasis on delivering measurable outcomes. The candidate will have the opportunity to lead delivery teams, engage with stakeholders, and transition into a permanent leadership position based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of full-stack, cloud, and data-driven client engagements, managing scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to identify technical and business challenges, developing scalable solutions accordingly.
• Oversee small technical teams, providing daily leadership, prioritization, and guidance to ensure successful project execution.
• Contribute across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including estimation, planning, requirements gathering, architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
• Design and guide technical solutions in areas such as full-stack application development, AWS cloud services, data engineering, analytics, and platform modernization.
• Review architecture and codebases for quality, scalability, security, and maintainability standards.
• Effectively communicate technical concepts and project status to both technical teams and senior client stakeholders, tailoring messaging as needed.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate development, analysis, and delivery, ensuring their responsible and ethical use.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack application development and/or cloud-based solutions delivery.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and managing delivery outcomes.
• Comfortable working across architecture, delivery planning, and project execution phases.
• Broad knowledge of the SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and develop practical, scalable solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong communication skills with experience engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to mentor junior team members and participate in leadership growth.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Publishing Pay Range: $70.00 - $75.00 Hourly

This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between remote work and in-office collaboration.
